The Board

Shir Hatzafon is governed by a board of seven persons elected at the annual general meeting. Each board member is elected for a term of two years. All those members of Shir Hatzafon who according to the Shir Hatzafon by-laws have Jewish status are eligible to stand for election to the Board. All members (both full and associate members) have the right to vote at the annual general meeting.

The out-going president and Shir Hatzafon's first president (Robin May Schott, appointed lifelong honorary president) are also members of the Board. However, they do not have the right to vote on matters discussed by the Board.
